COVID-19 Health Advisory

In the interest of our guests’ and employees’ health and safety, Winford Manila Resort & Casino is now implementing enhanced sanitation measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding:

All employees are required to wear a face mask at all times.

All employees are required to wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds every hour.

All employees are required to apply 70% solution alcohol or hand sanitizer regularly between hand washing.

All personnel are required to disinfect their personal belongings like laptops, mobile phones, keys, bags, wallets, and other high contact items.

Dedicated attendants are to be deployed at point-of-entrances to disinfect the hands of incoming guests and employees.

Dedicated housekeeping staff to sanitize exposed areas like countertops, desktops, hand railings, keyboards, and computer monitors at least three times a day.

Carpet and door mattress with disinfecting agent to be deployed at casino, hotel, and employee entrances to sanitize footwear of guests, visitors, and personnel.

Regular disinfection and spraying operation to be conducted in hotel, back of house, restaurants, and common areas around the clock.

At least 1 meter social distancing to always be observed between guests, co-workers, and third party suppliers.

Temperature scanning to be conducted on all incoming guests, suppliers, and employees before entering the premises.

Anyone with COVID-like symptoms is to be assisted at the triage area for assessment by nurse on duty wearing complete medical protective suit.

Educate employees and contractors about COVID-19 through health seminars.

Social distancing in elevators is indicated via floor markers and must be observed at all times.

Elevators and escalators are sanitized around the clock for your safety and peace of mind.
